      Like college grads- not long term employees or employees with family or other obligations STL and DTL dont care about their associates or ETLs- quik to place blame

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
