Pros
Decent pay for a newcomer straight out of college. The hours overall per week were close to 50. The company had good training programs and resources to answer any questions I had.
Cons
The other management executive team leaders worked okay together but seemed to mostly always be concerned about what being said of them by other management team members and upper management. They had a feeling that if they weren't in the right group, they wouldn't be able to promote long term.
