Pros
It was a nice environment to get to know your co-workers. They also had a lot of opportunities to advance.
Cons
The management was a little too much on a power trip and really thought they where way above the employee. It was a very cut throat environment when it came to advancement. Also the hours where never constant one week you would have 34 hours the next only 14 hours.
