      Pros

      Great management training. The managers are empowered to deliver the service to the customer. Pay is fair and the tech to pharmacist ratio is good.

      Cons

      Technology is ancient, but they are working on improvement. PDX system is one of the oldest in existence today. Time for an upgrade!
