Also, despite of how much retail experience someone may have you will never be promoted higher that a Team Lead unless you have a bachelors degree, and if you have one and get hired as a Team Lead, you have to be in that position for 2 years before they will consider promotions and if you get one, be prepared to go to another store to work.
