Pros
The company pays pretty well. But beware! If your pay grade is too high they’ll force you out so they can hire recent college grads at 1/3 the payroll cost.
Cons
Age discrimination only 5-10 leaders are over 40. It’s Extremely polical. Group management practices nepotism. The level of arrogance displayed by leadership is laughable! Retail is moving merch from a truck to the floor then through a point of sale. They treat it like it’s rockey science! The group leader is way past his 18 months!
