Pros
Great place and environment to work, Target does a really good job of hiring people who have a great attitude and energy to keep the work place fun. Instead of trying to keep you stagnant at your current position, Target is always trying to advance you in your development. Target is always looking to promote the ones who deserve a promotion. Get every other weekend off
Cons
It is retail so the hours are long. I'm working on average 10-11 hours a day, but the day zooms by extremely fast. Dont get every weekend off, but it is retail. What do you expect!
