Pros
The pay is probably one of the leaders in the retail industry. Things are in constant flux and demand being nimble to deal with the change. Overall the company is a great place to work for depending on what store you are in.
Cons
If you get a bad store then you are stuck and not allowed to move out of the store. There is limited communication regarding to career path.
