      Company culture was good they care about their workers. Holidays were always fun and everyone felt like family. Great pay and benefits. Got yearly raises

      Cons

      Department managers was very controlling and micromanaged everyone under them like supervisors. Wasn't much work life balance

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
