      nice attitudes, clean stores, generally higher class of people in comparison to walmart, dress code easy and not too hot

      Cons

      management new to target and dont be suprised if you know more than them, positive feedback depends on if you are in the inner circle

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
