      good pay and bennifit package

      Cons

      bad communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Management came in as intern an does not have a concept of the job market outside of target walls.

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
