Pros
The best thing I've experienced at Target is that the overall experience is good based on the LOD on shift. Some of them are very pleasant and let me do my job, whereas others try to do my job for me and then tell me I'm not doing my job. Also, if you can work 35 hours or more per week, the pay is decent.
Cons
My ETL would definitely make a good politician!! She's always making promises that she cannot keep to cashiers, GSAs, and GSTLs. I dislike how HR assumes that I cannot work and they give me minimal hours.
