Pros
Target's compensation and benefits are great. Most of the leadership is very respectful and friendly. It is a great career path for anyone fresh out of college if you can get straight into a salaried ETL position.
Cons
It does take time to get acclimated to the culture and high expectations, and it can quickly consume all of your time if you are in a new or difficult role. It is nearly impossible for anyone with out a four year degree to advance in the company, which has a negative affect on morale at the hourly level.
