Do everyone else's job without getting compensated for it! - Guest Service Attendant Target Employee Review

Pros

The people that I work with are very cool. The benefits are okay if you can qualify, which means averaging 32+ hours a week, which is near impossible because they don't hire "full-time" unless you're a team leader or higher. Overall, I don't like anything about my job. It's the personalities of the team members and the high-and-mighty attitude of the guests that help me get through my day. You're shopping at Target, people - this isn't Nordstrom!

Cons

Now that they have redefined the core roles of a GSA, my workload has doubled without getting additional compensation. I was already getting abused by having to do everything the GSTL's do, and then some.
