Pros
-It IS a job in this economy atleast -If you have a college degree it will allow you to grow in the company, otherwise I wouldn't really bet on it.
Cons
-Atleast at the store I'm at, very very poor organization among management -Extremely uncompetitive pay -Incredibly bad hours (though be aware, any retail job won't have great hours)
