Target clearly allows its employees to have a great work-life balance. Most people are in the office by 8 and out by 5, 5:30. It is young and people seem very happy to be there. The responsibility of an entry level BA is immense as they are responsible for millions of dollars and deciding how much product goes to each store. Glad to be going back.
