Decent salary for Twin Cities located jobs, lots of different teams and ares to work within the organization.
Cons
PTO scales slowly and normal holidays are minimal due to it being a retail business. My team is extremely disorganized making the project im working on difficult, however that is more an issue with my team, I know others operate better. If I were to give my department an independent score it would be a 2.
