Mediocre pay, management changed often (I worked at a store with a high-turnover rate), cruel management, difficult to get even a day off, too much pressure to constantly harass customers to open up lines of credit. As a low-level employee, you don’t feel valued and yet management expects you to go above and beyond for every little thing.
