Pros
The store is very clean. The one thing I believe separates Target from stores like Wal Mart are the cleanliness of the store and the Customer Service that you receive. The staff is very friendly and so is the management team. The management listens to problems and will do their best to help solve them.
Cons
During the holiday season it can be very busy and a lot is expected from you. There is a lot to keep up with and not very much time to do it.
