-Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

-Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced

- Management - Pay - Benefits - Personal development - Vacation time - Culture

Long hours but worthwhile work.
