      Pros

      The based salary was good. Health benefits were alright, had couple of options to choose from.

      Cons

      Dress code was a bit strict depending on who your Human Resources people are. Employees are overly worked compared to their compensation.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
