      Pros

      Team atmosphere, community involvement, 401K matching, flexible schedule, the ability to share and have ideas heard. Overall good place to work.

      Cons

      Pay! Unless your in a management position or have been there for years the paycheck is not great. They do try to make up for it with other benefits.
