Pros
Flexible work schedule in the sense that you give a months advanced notice. Fast environment with many different aspects of what you need to do at the job. Always on the go and constant involvement with teams.
Cons
Poor balance of work life balance for executive staff. Required to work more than 40 hours a week and you may receive guilt for working less than 60 hours. Difficult to get office work done due to the fact that you must always be available to help a team member or guest. Visits from group, corporate are frequent and always require you to be with them during even if the visit does not involve you.
