Pros
Target is great if you may have to move because there are stores all over the country. The job is always changing so it is difficult to get bored. Great team to work with.
Cons
Management sets the tone and managers come and go. So unfortunately the environment can change quickly with the turnover. Target does not promote above team leader without a 4 yr. degree. At some point experience is worth as much as a degree.
