Pros
Nothing is really all that hard to do. Management is pretty lenient when mistakes are made. Co-workers are mostly friendly.
Cons
Can't use a credit card to receive the employee discount. Customers can be pretty rude and obnoxious, like all jobs in the service industry. Several co-workers can't speak more then 20 words of English and I don't know Spanish, hard to co-operate with them without translators. Occasionally understaffed and slow at replacing people.
