Pros

Job security as they're always short-staffed for management.

Cons

Borderline impossible to get promoted in organizational structure (often takes 10+ years for one promotion), promotions are given to favorites (openings not listed and given without interviews), zero IT integration, zero IT investment (completely run off spreadsheets that don't talk to one another), culture is always reactive and doesn't drive change, and Senior Operations Managers often talk about disciplining Operations Managers in public but allow an Operations Manager to show up drunk to work with no feedback provided to Operations Manager who did that.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
