The pay is above average compared to other retailers. Target does a reasonably good job of allowing for a manageable work - life balance. The company is financially responsible and is fiscally prudent.
Cons
Many of the man agers lack the fundamental skills to communicate expectations and the strategy without resorting to cliche or command and control tactics.
