Pros
I feel appreciated for the work I do. Because I also have a full time job, I am able to name my availability, and with the exception of a few mixups, my schedule has virtually been like clockwork. My direct Team leads and ETL's treat me very well and with the respect I have earned from them, trust that I will do the work assigned without a lot of supervision.
Cons
The pay could be a little better for Team Members. I think paying a higher wage for the industry would bring in more quality employees with less turnover rather than settling for basically warm bodies to fill the roster who will come and go in short order.
