Pros
Target focuses on personal growth quite a bit. My managers often create projects for me so that I can become a better front lanes supervisor. I started working there as a cashier when I was a student and they were very accomodating to my hectic schedule.
Cons
If you are trying to move up in the company, know that the process is very slow and that you must have the full support of the managers (ETL's) and Store Team Leader.
