      the best reasons to work for TCS is that you have contracts world wide if one contract ends.

      Cons

      very poor communication between management, hr, and corp. lack of other information and communications. very slow at doing anything!

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
