TCS has phenomenal people - this is bar far one of the best reasons to work for TCS. In my years with the company I have been extremely impressed with the caliber of the people I have interacted with. There are also a variety of career opportunities. I have seen people start in consulting and move into another workforce later in their career when they needed a change or wanted a slower pace but still have a challenging and interesting career. Cons
Promotion is biased and there is no such thing as work life balance. There is no importance given to your career growth. You have to be chargeble and working at all times even though the work is not related to your skill set.
