Good branding. Companies will seek you if you've been employed at TCS in the past.
Cons
Too large an organization in terms of employee strength in the recent years. Employee strength is being increased solely for the purpose of competition amongst other global IT companies and to make it in the top 10 in terms of employee strength. Compensation packages and benefits for starters is below bar considering TCS is Asia's largest solutions provider. Very stale and cliche work environment.
