      Good salary in India. In India, while on the bench you get paid and look for projects.

      Cons

      In the US salary is pathetic. In US, they ask you to apply for your personal leaves or go back to India immediately.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
