Pros
Lots of projects, many clients, good learning experience, good facilities at office like library, canteen, good ergonomics, opportunity to meet various cultures.
Cons
Very low salary compared with industry. Bad appraisal system, only few people who are close to top management are given good hikes/promotions, rest all are crushed to bottom. Top management is not skilled, so can never recognize or appreciate the talented team member. No facilities for self improvement. No good trainings are provided on new technologies. Can not raise voice to top management.
