      1) The Trust that the Tata brand carries with itself 2) Employees are treated fairly across the board. 3) One of the best IT consulting firms to work for in India

      1) Not the place if you are looking for fast growth 2) Early on, there is little differentiation between star performers and average employees

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
