Compensation is the worst in it's class. being such as large company, it would be expected that TCS looks to keep it's employees happy with adequate compensation. Bad job satisfaction and no recognition for a job well done. There is an attitude that any task can be achieved through freshers. 50% of the employee strength are graduates with less than 2-3 three years of experience, which means that they often do not have the experience to accomplish many tasks. The middle management is very often highly incompetent, and because of this, the team suffers.
