Pros
It is a decent place to start your career as long as you want to work and learn how big offshore companies operate; how onsite-offshore model works. Get to work at top companies as they contract with Tata Consultancy
Cons
You end up doing mostly low level IT job like testing or maintenance ... very less scope of hard core designing and product development. Senior management is poor and overall work culture among middle management is extremely poor.
