      TCS is involved in every industry and provides services across the business consulting and IT continuum. It's also a very social-minded company, sponsoring the NYC marathon and several others.

      Cons

      The company is focused on the Indian management and doesn't understand some elements of the American marketplace well enough.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
