Medical benefits weren't too bad.
Cons
Corporate and upper management are inept. You will only get a 2% raise per year max (if you were excellent). Bonuses are low and you will never get all of it. And if all of that isn't bad enough, the kicker: you can be SA'd (and provide evidence!!) and they won't fire your attacker. (The client company found sufficient evidence to have him immediately and permanently removed from their site, however, TCS retained his employment and switched him to a different client) Yippee! You could work with a rap!st at a morally bankrupt company.
