It located in a very nice area. Most of the people are easy to work with.
Cons
The managers have a big lack of professionalism and problem solving. They are not easy to work with and corruption is a big thing there that I kept witnessing multiple times. A huge problem in that place is that the is CONSTANT SEXUAL HARRASMENT and the managers DO NOT GIVE IT THE IMPORTANCE as long as they keep the numbers up. My manager treated me and everyone horribly. People witnessed the manager yelling at the agent's face and constant threatening but the Business Head did not take any actions whatsoever even though this was reported multiple times. This is a horrible place for your mental and psicological health.
