Work space is flexible,you have ample of leaves to take anytime you need, work load depends on the project which you are working on
Cons
company should take care of the associates interest in the work/project which he is working, not really much to learn for freshers, in some accounts still using legacy technologies which have no demand in market and we feel outdated sometimes as per the trends going on in market
