Great company to work for if you need stability.
Cons
Bad managers who don't know how to get things done. They just rely on good workers to do work for them. Sick days are reduced from 9 to only 5 this year(HR did not even notify us about the reduction), paid parental leave is simply not enough(we get 5 days baby bonding leave, managers try to reduce that to 1 or 2 by putting additional pressure on us - talks a lot about the culture). We get paid 10 to 50% of what we are being billed to customer. Not sure why annual appraisal exists.
