      No Layoffs. Less hectic. Insurance and other covers

      Cons

      Too much Hierarchy. Limited scope for growth in terms of learning new tech stack. Skills are not valued much. Employee sitting simply in front of his/her system is valued more than the one who does the work smarlty, completes it quickly and leaves office. Salary. Increment. etc

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
