Managers with poor communication skills. A considerable number of untrained staff are being relocated due to managerial favoritism, often exploiting the visa process to bypass local residents. High-performing staff are often undermined, limiting their growth opportunities. Deployment to projects and upcoming opportunities are influenced by language and regional biases.
