-Upper management is absolutely terrible - they care nothing for employees and have unrealistic expectations. They expect you to do perfect work in a time frame that is simply unattainable. It's a constant "damned if you do, damned if you don't" kind of environment. If you do the work to the quality that they expect then you're criticized for going too slow. However, if you achieve the speed that they expect then you will be in trouble for a lack of quality because their expectations are simply ridiculous.
-The relationship between the MET team and store is non-existent. The store expects MET members to do everything for them but offers absolutely no help in return.
