The benefits package is very competitive and the company overall takes a balanced approach to management — as long as you're putting in the effort, you have a real opportunity to grow and advance your career.

"The pay is the biggest downside, especially with no commission structure in place. For someone with six years of experience who has grown from paint to flooring to millwork, the raises have been underwhelming. The bulk of any meaningful increases came during COVID compensation, ranging from $1–$3, but in recent years that has dropped significantly to around $0.25–$0.75 per year. While the company is bringing back semi-annual performance raises, based on the current trend it would be reasonable to expect those increases to remain on the lower end as well.
