1) awful life/work balance: very little PTO (10 days), only five holidays, no sick time (you are expected to work from home), don't complain about working a lot hours until you're consistently hitting 55+ (and in some departments, even then, keep quiet)
2) old boys club (yes, even still)
3) performance reviews are compared to other employees instead of hitting/exceeding your own goals, promotions are tough to come by unless you switch departments
4) oh, and the health benefits are terrible. I'm looking at another company right now where it would cost me 1/3 of what I'm spending now and I'd get a better plan
