I was consistently set up for success and given clear projects or tasks to complete throughout the week, with the autonomy to manage my time and execution. Rather than being tied to rigid hours, the focus was on delivering quality work, which made it a productive and motivating environment. Management was approachable and supportive, and communication was clear. There was a strong sense of trust in employees to take ownership of their responsibilities and follow through. The role offered valuable insight into how a small business operates, which was a great learning opportunity.

Because of the autonomy and flexibility, needed some time to adjust from being used to strict schedules.
