There is ZERO financial incentive to excel. You will NEVER make a base of even 60k at this dump and many in "management" work second jobs, clip coupons, and purchase second hand clothes. This is a fine place to get licensed and leave, or if you are a retired school teacher or burnt out insurance salesperson to continue your life of dull mediocrity.
