Pros

Nice people to work with. Decent benefits. Nice campus. Good training to get a foot in the door for the industry.

Cons

No raises for individual contributors over 2%. Company broke my spirit after being there over 15 years with good reviews. After a certain age management will pick you apart to break you down forcing you to quit for your own sanity.

Pros

Nothing I can think of besides the few interesting perks but is optional

Cons

Experiencing bullying and unrealistic demands from the manager. No proper training provided for the first month except for some short briefing. Expect you to be in solo most of the time. Expect new joiners to be multitasked. Poor leadership and management.
